No. It is included in your HeyHotel subscription, and Apaleo does not charge anything for it either.

How long does setup take?

The connection itself takes two minutes. Fine-tuning the agent for your hotel is usually finished the same day.

I run several hotels — can I connect them all?

Yes. Every property in your Apaleo account comes through with a single connection, and you choose which ones the agent is active for.

How do I disconnect?

One click under Apps > Connected apps in your Apaleo dashboard. When you disconnect we delete our webhook subscriptions and revoke your access tokens.
